What’s the difference between the Essential and Growth packages?
The Essential package covers the core needs of keeping a website healthy, including hosting, updates, monitoring, and up to one hour per month of basic support and maintenance.
The Growth package includes everything in Essential, plus up to two hours per month for ongoing website content updates. This is a good fit for sites that need regular content changes and want a faster, hands-off update process.
What counts as monthly website updates?
Monthly update time is intended for routine maintenance and minor changes, including:

Reviewing error, security, and email (SMTP) logs

Minor content updates or fixes

Resolving common plugin or update conflicts
Larger changes, new features, or custom development are handled separately and scoped as needed.
How quickly are support requests handled?
Support requests are prioritized for maintenance clients and typically handled within 1–2 business days, depending on the nature of the request.
Urgent issues affecting site functionality or availability are addressed as quickly as possible.
Is hosting included, and can I host my site elsewhere?
Yes, hosting is included with our maintenance plans. We strongly recommend hosting your site within our managed environment, as it allows us to provide better support, monitoring, and performance.
That said, clients may choose to host their site elsewhere. If we’re supporting a site hosted outside our environment, response times and troubleshooting may be more limited depending on the setup.
Can you support a website you didn’t build?
Sometimes. If a site wasn’t originally built by us, we’ll need to review it first to determine whether it’s a good fit for ongoing support.
In many cases, we recommend starting fresh so we can ensure long-term stability, maintainability, and performance. We’ll always discuss options and recommendations before moving forward.
Do you offer custom maintenance or support plans?
Yes. For sites with more complex needs, we offer custom maintenance and support plans with tailored monthly hours, advanced support, and optional custom server configurations.
Custom plans are quoted based on your specific requirements and goals.
Can I cancel or transfer my website at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your maintenance plan or transfer your website to another host at any time with 30 days’ notice.
If you decide to move your site, we’ll help ensure a smooth transition and provide access to your website files and data.
