Project Overview

Goodwill Manasota’s Mission Services Effort Tracker (MSET) is a custom case management web application designed to support the GoodPartner coaching program by helping teams track and manage employee goals across professional, financial, and personal development. The engagement focused on creating a clean, intuitive, and scalable UI/UX foundation for MSET and future related internal tools. Deliverables included a complete UI/UX design system and UI kit (components, layouts, typography, colors, and patterns), plus a clickable prototype demonstrating key screens and workflows such as authentication, dashboards, intake/needs tracking, and admin/permissions. The final output provided developer-ready design files, responsive layouts, and branded variations to support rollout across additional Goodwill organizations.
