Internet Subway (ISP)

Project Overview
Internet Subway needed a customer-facing web application experience that made it easy for residents to get online, manage service, and get support without friction. The project focused on UI/UX for key account flows—guided onboarding and activation steps, internet plan and Wi-Fi settings management, billing and payment details, and a clear at-a-glance dashboard. The portal also included lease/property management views and a support center with searchable help content and ticketing to streamline customer service. The result is a modern, brand-aligned app interface designed to reduce support burden and improve the day-one setup experience.
