Project Overview

Pulmonary Associates of Richmond, a leading lung and sleep specialty practice, needed a modern website that made it easier for patients to find care, understand services, and request an appointment. Services included custom website design, UI/UX, information architecture, and WordPress development—built to support clear navigation across a large provider and location footprint. The site architecture included marketing-focused pages for Home, About, Providers (33 physicians across 5 locations), Services, Patient Resources, Locations, and Request Appointment. Additional utility areas—Patient Portal, Make a Payment, and Staff Links—were integrated to streamline common patient actions and improve overall usability.
